Home Inspections

Commercial Inspections

Picture
Since the beginning, the world of home inspections has consisted of crawling, climbing, and most importantly.. the unknown. Being thorough is key in a home inspection, but HOW CAN YOU BE SURE?

Next Level Thermal Imaging is taking our sister company, Buy Wise Home Inspections, to a whole new level. In using thermal imaging, we are able to spot challenges such as potential leaks, moisture intrusion, energy loss, missing/wet insulation, and electrical issues.

ROOF SCAN

Picture
In the picture to the left you can see the problem areas for this factory's roof. You may have budgeted for a entire new roof system. Next Level Thermal can show you if that entire roof is really necessary with either a on roof scan or, available aerial roof grid scans with a drone, that allocated money could possibly be used in a more critical area's for factory operation by making only the needed repairs to the roof now and, using the remainder of the allocated funds elsewhere to better serve the company or, returning those non used funds back into reserve fund, when a entire roof system is simply not needed. "THINKING THERMAL" presents a new era  for preventive maintenance and cost savings potential for companies.

Just like in our home inspections, we can thermally scan any commercial or major industry building and find moisture problems, energy loss, and electrical issues.

A huge challenge in commercial and major industry buildings is the machinery and electrical issues. These
particular clients  often have no idea they have electrical issues nor, that their machinery is nearing death until it finally quits... until now.
Picture
In the picture above, we see 3 electrical fuses. The fuse to the far left has a different heat pattern compared to the other 2 fuses; This could indicate a current or future challenge. To be certain of a problem, temperature measurements and standards need to be reviewed and calculated.
With the gift of thermography, we are able to compare heat patterns and anomalies in machinery to predict and prevent a blowout non-invasively, without waiting for the big boom.
